We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Taguig. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer questions and provide information about our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot problems and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School (new curriculum)
  • At least 1 year call center experience with proof of employment (COE/Payslip)
  • Average to good communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite
