Role and Key Responsibilities:
  • Become the central point of contact for customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Convene.
  • Become an expert on board management, championing Convene as the go-to solution.
  • Deliver engaging product walkthroughs to educate customers on maximizing Convene's potential.
  • Evaluate customer service levels and implement strategies to increase value from the platform.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers through phone and email.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Proactively ensure customers derive maximum benefit from Convene's implementation.
  • Monitor customer engagement behavior and adopt retention strategies.
Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients by becoming their trusted advisor and helping them leverage Convene's full potential.
  • Engage customers in regular discussions about their subscription, including QBRs, goals, renewals, and testimonials.
  • Document customer insights, feedback, and use cases.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell/referral opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Report potential risk accounts and manage risk mitigation activities.
  • Follow up on customer requests, contracts, renewals, and other relevant tasks.
  • Prepare a list of customers to contact over a two-week period and provide a progress report.
  • Update and manage Pipedrive contacts, calls, emails, insights, risks, opportunities, and more.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with at least one year of experience in sales, customer success, or account management are welcome.
  • SaaS background is preferred but any IT experience is valuable.
  • Excellent command of the English language is essential.
