We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch assistance to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat on Amazon Seller Central and the client's website.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Assist customers with navigating the client's website, placing orders, and resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to proactively address them.
- Update customer records and communicate feedback or trends to relevant departments.
Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
Preferably experienced with customer service tools such as E-desk or similar platforms.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation with ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is preferred but not required.
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using email, chat, and other communication tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
Must be available to engage through WhatsApp chat.
Reliable PC/laptop with minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM.
Working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM UK time.
