Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex technical issues, and providing guidance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

This role requires someone who is passionate about technology, has excellent communication skills, and is able to tailor their approach to meet individual customer needs.

The Customer Experience Ambassador will work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and collaborating with team members to share expertise and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient spoken and written English (at least C1)
  • Minimum 1 year professional customer service experience or equivalent customer-facing role
  • Experience supporting customers via email and/or chat
  • Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with ability to recognize patterns
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment where expertise is shared and feedback is welcomed
