Lead Customer Care Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Care Team Member to oversee the management of customer escalations and concerns. As a senior team lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to assess and resolve credit-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Escalation Management: Handle customer escalations and concerns via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email, and text.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service that ensures the customer feels heard, valued, and respected.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues efficiently by offering corrective solutions and delivering accurate information.
  • High-Risk Case Management: Serve as the final point of contact for high-risk or sensitive customer cases.
  • Credit Hold Oversight: Oversee cases involving credit holds, overdue accounts, disputes, and delinquencies.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in a leadership or coaching role, with proven sales experience and telecommunications background. You will be responsible for training and supporting a team of escalation specialists, identifying process gaps, and implementing improvements to enhance team effectiveness.
