Amidst the pursuit of a carbon neutral future, we seek an accomplished Instructional Designer to spearhead our training initiatives. Key objectives encompass producing impactful training materials and online courseware to support professional development among employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective learning paths tailored to each department and role through curated existing training content.
  • Produce high-quality training courses using Skilljar LMS and other relevant platforms.
  • Evaluate the efficacy of training programs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis, applying instructional design principles to drive business outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, ensuring our programs remain cutting-edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Business Studies, Technical Communication, eLearning, Localization, or Media Technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in content development, with expertise in adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Skilljar, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline or Rise, Vyond, and Vimeo or equivalent learning management systems and content development tools.
