We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Training Coordination Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing our training framework.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development and possess excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for inventorying existing trainings, developing a framework to categorize our population into target groups, and creating tailored training packages for each group. Additionally, they will estimate the time required to complete each learning path and divide it into time-bound sub-paths with target completion dates, if necessary.

Responsibilities
  1. Inventory and Categorization: Develop a comprehensive list of existing trainings, including target audience, mode of delivery, duration, and trainers. Create a framework to categorize our population into target groups with common training needs.
  2. Training Package Development: Design tailored training packages for each target group, taking into account their specific needs and goals.
  3. Learning Path Estimation: Estimate the time required to complete each learning path and divide it into time-bound sub-paths with target completion dates, if necessary.
  4. Attendance Tracking: Track attendance to measure fulfillment of learning paths.
  5. Resource Allocation: Manage training facilities and allocate resources according to the learning paths.
  6. Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with trainers and training coordinators across locations to seek global alignment and review and refine training paths in collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience within a similar organization.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating and implementing training frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
