Learning & Development Specialist

This is a crucial role for our organization, focusing on developing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

  • The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting needs assessments, designing and delivering training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • They will work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative training materials, and collaborate with operations leaders to ensure seamless logistics and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences, incorporating adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online content.
  • Deliver training sessions that are engaging, interactive, and effective in transferring knowledge and skills.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through metrics such as participant feedback, quiz scores, and behavior change.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, participation, and evaluation data.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs, with results-oriented approach.
