We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as a Client Service Coordinator.

This role is central to managing client communications, compliance deadlines, and workflow tracking for Australian accounting firm clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Main Tasks:
  • Manage onboarding and compliance documentation for clients.
  • Track jobs and lodgements in practice management software.
  • Communicate proactively with clients (reminders, follow-ups, updates).
  • Liaise with Australian accountants regarding WIP and billing status.
  • Handle ASIC corporate secretarial work (annual review reminders, digital lodgements, maintaining registers).
  • Support client service activities, such as newsletters and webinar coordination.
  • Coordinate workflow across teams.

Necessary Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2-5 years' experience in an Australian accounting firm or supporting one (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and client service processes.
  • Proficiency in Australian practice management and corporate secretarial systems (XPM, CAS360, BGL, Karbon).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
