The position of Corporate Accounts Manager is responsible for managing business client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through strategic engagement and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate client accounts
  • Conduct meetings, renewals and negotiations with client stakeholders
  • Identify client needs and tailor services accordingly
  • Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
  • Prepare and present regular account reports and updates
  • Monitor performance metrics and resolve concerns proactively
  • Bid to build long-term client relationships and explore growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate account management
  • Background in healthcare, insurance or service industry advantageous
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic and client-focused with ability to manage multiple accounts
