Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our internal operations.

This is a remote-first role, ideal for someone who is self-directed, methodical, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a dispersed team.

  • Manage project management systems (Asana)
  • Track and follow up on operational tasks and deliverables
  • Create SOPs and internal templates
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to workflows and systems

This role involves assisting with onboarding processes, coordinating with other team members and vendors, supporting client retention and satisfaction efforts, and maintaining internal dashboards and task trackers.

Additionally, this role requires strong digital fluency, excellent document formatting, and proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook and Word. Experience with cloud-based tools such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Slack, and CRM familiarity is also preferred.

Key responsibilities may include providing support in online marketing tasks, invoice entry, time tracking, and financial coordination in Clio, and CRM maintenance and network tracking via Clay.
