Remote Technical Support Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to provide exceptional remote support to our customers. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and updating support tickets for efficient tracking.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot technical issues and document resolution steps.
- Communicate effectively to address customer needs.
- Contribute to creating and improving knowledge base materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry tools and services.
- Minimum 150 Mbps internet speed and remote setup.
- Experience in technical support, preferably remote.
- Strong written/verbal communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a team-player mindset.
