Remote Property Support Specialist

This position offers a work-from-home opportunity to support property owners and managers across North America.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be able to work with minimal supervision, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
- Setup new properties in client software platforms and keep property owners informed.
- Monitor and manage lease renewals to ensure minimum vacancy.
- Oversight of vendors, assignment of tasks, obtaining approval, and ensuring successful completion and billing.
- Coordination of tenant move-in, rent collection, posting of late notices, lease enforcement, and tenant move-out.
- Assistance in creating and posting content on social media platforms.
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably within a real estate environment.
- Able to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
