We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems Support Account Manager to configure and maintain internal systems for new and existing client accounts. This role blends system setup, workflow oversight, and account coordination to support the success of our client-facing Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and maintain internal systems to ensure seamless account delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Develop, document, and refine internal workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records across systems; perform regular data audits.
- Implement data validation procedures to ensure accuracy throughout the client lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with client-facing Account Managers to support account delivery.
- Assist with the preparation of client reports, proposals, and system demonstrations.
- Use general IT tools to manage and troubleshoot client systems.
- Provide first-level internal technical support and liaise with external providers as needed.
- Understand the property market context of our clients to better align operational support.
- Contribute to commercial discussions and account reviews using relevant system data and insights.
- Proven experience in systems support, operations, or account management.
- Strong process management and optimization skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in standard IT tools.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of the commercial property sector or a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
