Advanced Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, software applications, and company infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot issues related to End User Devices and Company Infrastructure.
- Follow proper procedures, handle tickets efficiently, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Set up networks during client onboarding or projects, work with vendors, and implement SaaS solutions as needed.
- Attend to infrastructure issues discovered by the NOC, document processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of IT Experience in Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, or Systems Administration.
- Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools, End User Support, and Cloud products such as Office 365 and Azure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic Exchange Server and SQL Server.
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, VPN, and Firewalls.
This is a mid-senior level IT role that requires a long-term work-from-home arrangement and flexibility to adapt to a permanent night shift schedule.
