We're seeking a talented ICT Support Specialist to join our team.
This role involves providing top-notch technical support to customers and colleagues alike. As an integral part of our technical support team, you'll be responsible for resolving desktop issues and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Respond to requests for assistance by providing information to enable users to resolve their problems.
- Maintain accurate log entries of faults with resolution and contact details.
- Ensure all hardware/software installations and routine upgrades are implemented according to Service Level Agreements.
- Provide the business with a professional service by ensuring requests are regularly updated and realistic resolution times are provided.
You'll work alongside international clients and gain valuable experience while enjoying a collaborative and supportive environment that values innovation and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of relevant IT Support experience, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications. You should have sound technical knowledge of desktop hardware and both standard and customised software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good time management and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple problems at once and prioritise issues are also essential.
