Job Description:

The Business Development Director will be responsible for supervising project development from conception to completion, ensuring that time, cost, revenue, and quality project goals are achieved.

  • Supervises project development, in coordination with supporting departments:
  • Time Table preparation, monitoring, and updating
  • Feasibility Studies
  • Financial runs
  • Budget preparation
  • Permits processing
  • Price list preparation and updating
  • Monitoring of sales performance and inventory
  • Marketing activity support
  • Technical planning
  • Monitoring of construction
  • Product delivery or turn-over

In addition, the Business Development Director will recommend ways to update practices and improve processes in order to deliver administrative services in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in business management, civil engineering, or architecture, with at least 2 years of work experience in the Real Estate Business or related field. Proficiency in oral and written communications, good leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
