We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our organizational initiatives and work closely with our HR team in delivering human resources services.
- This role requires a strong background in US Human Resources management, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle administrative tasks efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Human Resources Services: Implement programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations;
- New Hire Onboarding: Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience;
- Employee Relations: Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters;
- Policies and Procedures: Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies;
- Employee Records: Organize hard and soft copies of employee records;
- Performance Evaluations: Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations;
- Employee Satisfaction: Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees' experience;
- Problem-Solving: Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise;
- HR Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions regarding onboarding, taxes, benefits, and other HR-related matters;
- Training and Development: Educate employees on HR processes and policies.
