Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce products/services to potential customers
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer engagement
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about products/services
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, appointments and lead conversions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales or telemarketing experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive approach
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience in B2B sales or similar industry
  • Sales techniques and best practices knowledge
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
