
E-commerce Sales Development Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Account Manager to spearhead our sales strategy and build meaningful partnerships with clients.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proven track record of cold calling, and the ability to drive customer success in a fast-paced work environment.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Cold calling to proactively pursue new prospects and grow the customer base through strategic account management.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales performance goals by servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, upselling, and establishing new accounts.
- Analyze sales reports to understand opportunities and focus sales efforts on high-priority targets.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts and prospects using company software to produce accurate reports.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to ensure long-term relationships.
- Maintain open communication with customers to build trust and foster strong, long-term relationships.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with support departments, including warehouse, customer service, and accounting.
- Coordinate in-store sales training with vendors and customers to enhance product knowledge.
- Attend vendor training sessions to increase product expertise.
- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in sales, account management, and customer service, preferably in wholesale distribution, retail, or manufacturing.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English (C1 Level).
- Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers and hold productive conversations.
- Experience with Business-to-Business sales; Retail sales experience is advantageous.
- Capacity to sell wholesale physical products and develop in-depth knowledge about markets.
- Proven track record of cold calling to acquire new business and create long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong customer service skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
