Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to assume the position of Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to gather and document business requirements, and analyze business processes.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business strategies and managing large-scale projects. They will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear actionable requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, ensuring that requirements are clear and actionable.
  • Analyze business processes: Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize business performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation: Create and update business process flows, user stories, and technical specifications to facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Facilitate communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless collaboration and understanding.
  • Support project delivery: Contribute to project planning, tracking, and execution, providing recommendations for process improvements and automation.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives: Ensure that solutions and initiatives support strategic business goals and meet stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Junior: 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a focus on learning and supporting project work.
  • Mid-Level: 2-5 years of experience, with a proven track record of managing business requirements, process analysis, and project delivery.
  • Senior: 5+ years of experience in leading business analysis efforts, driving business strategies, and managing large-scale projects.
