**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned markets.
  • Promotes and sells products to customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel to meet performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Meets targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned markets.

Accountabilities And Performance Measures:

  • Develops business relationships with current and prospective customers in assigned territories/markets to generate new opportunities.
  • Makes telephone calls and visits to existing and prospective customers.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and determines their potential.
  • Creates clear and effective proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Resolves customer problems and complaints.

Organizational Alignment:

  • Reports directly to a Regional Director.
  • Closely coordinates executive involvement with customer management.
  • Works closely with Channel Account Managers and Pre-Sales Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of commercial software, storage, or networking engineering experience.

This role is responsible for establishing relationships with key customers, promoting and selling products, and coordinating internal resources to achieve sales and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
