Strategic Vendor Partnership Manager

The role involves fostering and growing partnerships with leading telecommunications and networking vendors to drive business growth, service development, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate agreements, service level agreements, and pricing structures to maximize business value while ensuring competitive positioning and profitability.
  • Oversee the development of vendor-aligned services across SD-WAN, SASE, networking, unified communications as a service, and cloud solutions—owning the roadmap, launch, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, operations, and sales teams to design scalable frameworks, pricing models, standard operating procedures, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

  • Direct experience managing telco vendor programs with Meraki, Fortinet, Versa, and Cato.
  • Strong background in vendor and distributor negotiations, contract management, and SLAs.
  • Proven success in building and scaling vendor-aligned managed services programs.

A skilled and experienced individual is required to lead our vendor program and drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction through effective partnership-building and problem-solving skills.
