We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Specialist to support our team in managing client relationships.

About the Role
  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client operations to ensure successful execution of business strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Conduct market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement business strategies for clients and the organization.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence and other marketing channels.
  • Evaluate campaign progress and flag potential issues to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A basic understanding of business strategy, marketing, and social media management.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in productivity and project management tools is a plus.
