The role of Platform Sales - Sr Partner involves collaboration with existing and new clients to understand their core initiatives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking. The primary goal is to discover ways for the FICO Platform to assist our clients in rapidly developing, deploying, and managing analytics & strategies across the lifecycle that deliver optimal results within articulated constraints.
- Promote expertise and thought leadership in Decisioning, Analytics, & Optimization within Financial Services to help clients outperform the competition leveraging FICO's cutting-edge Platform.
- BUILD relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology to gain insights into their most pressing decision management related problems while articulating FICO's platform capabilities.
- Analyze and shape potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement with internal Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales Domain Experts and Pre-Sales Architects to formulate and effectively position solution proposals.
- E nsure clients are delighted with solutions purchased to create win-win relationships that are long-term, expanding, and profitable.
- Collaborate across internal FICO teams including Global Solution Architecture, Product Development, Finance and Professional Services to shape a cohesive sales effort that educates our customers on the tremendous business value the FICO Platform delivers.
