
Senior Customer Success Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Job Description:The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth by developing and implementing tailored success plans. They will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, identify areas of improvement, and deliver exceptional results through the Sophos Cybersecurity as a Service offering.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who can build strong relationships with customers, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer success plans that align with business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Drive customer adoption and utilization of Sophos services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and products
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure seamless delivery of services
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with cybersecurity industry and Sophos products
- Remote-first working model with flexibility to work from anywhere
