Key Responsibilities:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and aging leads, focusing on rekindling interest and addressing concerns.

  • Reschedule missed or canceled consultations, moving prospects back into the sales pipeline with ease.

  • Act as the first line of quality assurance, ensuring leads feel heard, supported, and informed throughout the process.

  • Listen attentively for objections and respond with clear, confident value-driven messaging that addresses their needs.

  • Maintain detailed notes and next steps in the CRM, providing seamless visibility into the sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient workflow.
