Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our organization. This role will involve prospecting and qualifying potential clients within target industries and personas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Identification & Research: Identify potential clients through research and strategic campaign guidance.
  • Personalized Outreach Execution: Craft and send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages to prospects, and conduct targeted cold calls to introduce services and uncover potential needs.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in conversations to understand their business challenges, determine if solutions are a fit, and qualify their interest.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Schedule introductory meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the sales team.
  • Activity Tracking & Reporting: Log all outreach activities and track performance against key performance indicators.
  • Tool Utilization: Effectively use sales tools, including CRM software, email automation platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other provided tools.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the outbound marketing strategist and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and market response.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to generate leads and schedule meetings through outbound prospecting.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong research skills to personalize outreach.
    • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency using CRM software and sales engagement tools.
    • Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with custom software development services or related B2B technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
