Job Description

This is a sales development representative role that focuses on making outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to qualify leads and schedule meetings with target B2B clients, and have experience in CRM systems and modern sales engagement tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 150-200 outbound calls per day to U.S.-based prospects
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with target B2B clients
  • Follow up on a warm lead list of over 5,400 contacts
  • Build and manage personalized follow-up sequences in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the founder to test and refine outreach messaging
  • Keep accurate, organized records of activity, outcomes, and insights
  • Consistently hit weekly activity and booking goals
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, ideally in a B2B, U.S.-facing market
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection handling
  • Strong English communication skills - both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales engagement tools
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and high accountability
