About the Role
We are seeking proactive and motivated sales representatives to join our fully remote sales team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for families who have expressed interest in our portrait sessions. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with parents via phone, generate excitement about our studio experiences, and successfully book their portrait sessions. This position is performance-driven and is ideally suited for sales professionals who thrive on achieving targets, enjoy engaging conversations, and wish to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls daily to warm leads provided by the company.
  • Manage inbound calls, inquiries from interested families, and email communications.
  • Book qualified studio portrait sessions while clearly explaining the deposit requirement.
  • Establish rapport and enthusiasm with parents by showcasing the enchanting fairytale studio experience.
  • Address objections with professionalism and confidence.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Consistently meet individual and team KPIs, including bookings per hour.
Qualifications:
  • Strong motivation, persistence, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience in phone-based inside sales or call center sales.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, persuasive, and personable on the phone.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
