Sales Development Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team for a US-based campaign. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting outbound leads and qualifying them before passing them to another salesperson to close.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Sales: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our financial services or who have received our direct mail offers.
  • Inbound Sales: Handle inbound calls from potential clients responding to our marketing campaigns.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable loan options.
  • Data Verification: Confirm client details accurately and update our CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and close sales.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a US campaign or handling US clients.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, persuasive, and able to handle objections effectively.
  • Technology: Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
  • Availability: Willingness to work US hours (night shift in the Philippines).
