Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in technology and software solutions, particularly within the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, goal-oriented atmosphere, with outstanding organizational skills, a competitive spirit, and an energetic attitude.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear, concise solutions that address customer needs effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Amenable to reporting onsite and willing to work different shifts as needed to ensure comprehensive customer support coverage.
