Job Opportunity:

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is crucial in driving recruitment initiatives and attracting top talent. As a skilled and committed professional, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to coordinating interviews and presenting top candidates to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed job profiles that accurately outline responsibilities and qualifications.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Post job openings, source and pre-screen candidates, and conduct thorough preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct background checks and draft employment agreements.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates' technical skills.
