About the Position

At Bamboo Works, we're seeking a Client Success Professional to oversee client relationships and guide them through the entire hiring process.

This role involves managing incoming leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting our services, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will handle every stage of the client journey: from initial lead to long-term care.

Your communication, professionalism, and intelligence will directly represent the quality and professionalism we stand for. As a key representative of our company, you'll conduct structured discovery calls to understand clients' needs, present our services confidently, ask the right questions, and tailor solutions accordingly.

You will maintain open communication during the sourcing phase, manage follow-ups after candidate presentations, and become the primary account manager once roles are closed. Additionally, you'll identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts, handle administrative tasks, and build your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up.

Beyond these responsibilities, you'll require exceptional communication skills – structured, confident, and personable; a professional presence – calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy; fluency in English – both written and spoken; and a university degree preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.

In terms of desirable skills, at least 1-2 years of previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing is preferred, particularly in a client-facing role. Skilled individuals in conducting discovery/introduction calls and managing client accounts will be highly valued.

  • Skilled in conducting discovery/introduction calls and managing client accounts
  • Proven success in managing the full client journey — from initial lead to long-term care
  • Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive client satisfaction over time

Bonus points for experience working with international clients, familiarity with remote hiring models, and experience in a startup or high-growth environment. Strong CRM and organizational skills are also highly desirable.
