Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our organization through effective talent management and recruitment strategies.


Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a deep understanding of best practices in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and provide exceptional service to hiring managers and candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within an outsourcing or VA placement company.
  • Proven success in leading recruitment campaigns and delivering hires within tight timelines.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using BambooHR or similar ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
