Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced recruiter to join our fast-growing team. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for leading the charge in hiring internal staff, including operations managers, client success managers, executive assistants, marketers, HR professionals, and more.

You'll own end-to-end recruiting for all internal hires, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing deals. You'll craft and refine compelling job ads that attract top-tier candidates and partner with department heads to deeply understand what 'great' looks like for each role.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (internal hiring or agency), strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent judgment, organization, and follow-through.
