Job Description\

We are seeking a driven and motivated professional to fill the position of Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume recruiting, be comfortable with cold calling candidates, and possess a deep understanding of established recruitment processes.

This role is a work-from-home opportunity that requires fluent proficiency in English and the ability to work during standard business hours. Our ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

\Responsibilities\
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open roles across various industries\
  • Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet hiring goals\
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of candidate conversations and interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
\Requirements\
  • Proven experience in a recruiting or staffing role, with emphasis on cold calling candidates\
  • Minimum of 2 years agency recruiting experience\
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)\
  • Strong organizational and time management skills\
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
\Preferred Qualifications\
  • Experience working in a staffing agency\
  • Familiarity with different recruitment channels and platforms\
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruiting, working multiple openings at once with a focus on quality candidates
