Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create job postings that accurately reflect our organization's needs and requirements.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews with applicants and assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Make recommendations to management on the best candidates for each position.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant data and interview results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
