We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workable to manage the hiring process and provide data-driven insights.
- Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate the offer process with our team.
- People Operations:
- Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
- Manage and update employee records using tools like Rippling or similar HR systems.
- Collaborate on performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.
- Support additional culture, people operations, and HR initiatives as-needed.
- Experience in a creative or startup environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Rippling.
- Previous work experience in a remote-first or globally distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools like Slack, Asana, and Notion.
