Mergers and Acquisitions Expertise Wanted

We are looking for a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions professional to lead our research and operations efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying acquisition targets for private equity clients, reviewing and cleaning company lists, conducting structured research, managing CRM systems, building databases, and providing administrative support.

This is a full-time remote position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a general understanding of the M&A landscape. You should be proficient in using data scraping tools, Airtable CRM, and other relevant software. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. Private equity experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are open to candidates who are comfortable learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.

As a Mergers and Acquisitions Research and Operations Lead, you will work closely with our data analysts to profile potential acquisition targets, use public databases and directories to build prospect lists, and provide ad hoc research and administrative support. If you have a strong attention to detail, are reliable, and can work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • General understanding of the M&A landscape
  • Private equity experience (nice to have, but not necessary)
  • Proficiency in using data scraping tools (e.g., Apollo or ZoomInfo) and Airtable CRM
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (SourceScrub and Inven) (desired)
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable learning and using new tools as needed
