Talent Acquisition Expert

As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Expert, you will play a pivotal role in empowering hiring success at a cutting-edge Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company.

We partner closely with clients to leverage advanced technology, data, and automation to deliver innovative recruiting solutions. Our no-code automation streamlines processes, enhances efficiency, and sets new benchmarks for recruitment excellence.

The Role: Talent Sourcing Specialist
  • Act as an expert in recruiting tools, systems, and best practices, providing comprehensive onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date hiring data across systems to ensure precise reporting and compliance.
  • Lead the optimization of our ATS Greenhouse, enhancing workflows, permissions, approvals, and reporting capabilities.
  • Drive strategic projects that strengthen recruiting operations, data infrastructure, and analytics.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details.
  • Collaborate with Finance and People teams to streamline processes and enhance collaboration through smart system use.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations within a fast-growing organization.
  • Proven expertise with Greenhouse ATS at a Site Admin level including user management, approvals, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines, funnels, and conversion metrics.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gsuite) and other TA tech tools.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
  • A data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate insights into action.
