Job Title:

Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. They will be responsible for developing and implementing financial models to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Design and implement financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular financial updates and insights to support executive leadership team.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Oversee Month-End Reporting, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation across multiple entities and states.
  • Manage cash flows analysis, annual budgeting processes, and driving financial accountability across all departments.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, adhering to regulatory and GAAP compliance.
Tax Compliance & Filing
  • Oversee all tax-related responsibilities, including income tax filings, multi-state tax compliance, and other required submissions.
  • Ensure timely, accurate filing and reporting of taxes, collaborating with tax advisors and ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support
  • Assist executive leadership in M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and financial analysis for potential acquisitions.
  • Provide insights and support for financial modeling and projections related to acquisition opportunities.
KPI Development & Monitoring
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive both team-level and business-wide performance.
  • Analyze KPI trends and make data-driven recommendations to support continuous improvement in financial operations and strategic outcomes.
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements across all entities.
  • Develop process documentation for all key components of the finance and accounting function.
Strategic Planning & Analysis
  • Contribute to long-term financial planning and strategy formulation as part of the executive team.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for growth, acquisitions, and other business opportunities, utilizing financial analysis and modeling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • CPA or CFA certification highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
