
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to lead the way in managing and developing a portfolio of sellers, handling account conversions, client communication, and satisfaction.
The primary objective of this role is to support high-value buyers in obtaining assets by tapping into a worldwide network of businesses looking to buy and sell.
This position will involve:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to win listings and manage them through to sale ( deal size $250 - $1M).
- Prospecting potential clients and arranging meetings to showcase the platform's value proposition.
You will cultivate relationships with the buyside community, handle key strategic stakeholder relationships, build trust and credibility with repeat buyers, and provide hands-on guidance from initial onboarding through to deal closure.
Additionally, you will allocate part of your time to buyer-side activities, understanding buyer needs, pairing them with relevant listings, and supporting them through the acquisition process.
Measures of Success include service provided, Total Transaction Value (TTV), managed accounts converting to sale, regular communication with the portfolio of clients, and client satisfaction.
