Key Role Summary

This position is a leadership role in our revenue operations organization. As the EDO Manager, you will report to a senior manager and oversee a team of specialists.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategy for the App Commercial Desk
  • Lead day-to-day team activity and performance as a people manager
  • Ensure the team achieves and exceeds internal performance metrics
  • Serve as the point of contact supporting enterprise clients with app questions during the sales cycle
Detailed Job Requirements
  1. Establish and track key performance indicators for the team, including service level agreements and support volumes
  2. Collaborate with other teams, such as enterprise deal management and ecosystems, to support the sales process
  3. Partner with content managers and analysts to create and maintain process documentation for the App Commercial Desk
  4. Manage internal escalations and expedite problem resolution
  5. Provide operational reporting and executive updates
  6. Train and onboard new team members
  7. Drive ongoing improvement of related processes and systems
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • High proficiency with Excel and ability to create formulas
  • Working knowledge of sales service desk tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across organizational boundaries
