Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Outreach Specialist to join our team. This is a remote sales position that involves high-volume outreach and lead generation in a B2B setup.

About the Role

The Business Development Outreach Specialist plays a key role in creating and developing new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and initiating conversations to understand their needs and set up meetings or appointments for the sales team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings with prospective customers through targeted engagement
  • Research and identify new market opportunities by analyzing prospect accounts and engaging with them
  • Maintain a high level of productivity while performing high-volume outreach and managing multiple tasks
  • Develop strategies for new lead generation methods and support account executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts
Requirements
  • Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and cold calling in a B2B setup
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong listening and phone presence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet targets
