Compensation and Benefits Coordinator Role

This position plays a critical role in managing the team's compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience, an HR degree, and excellent communication skills.

  • The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for coordinating and implementing compensation and benefits policies.
  • The specialist also ensures overall competitiveness of salaries and benefits, aligning with local government requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensures accurate and timely payroll processing for finance, including timekeeping, 13th month pay, and BIR 2316 submissions.
  • Maintains efficient records management systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy of employee data via HRMI.
Benefits Administration
  • The specialist ensures compliance with DOLE regulated benefits, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes such as minimum wage updates and salary parity requirements.
  • Liaises with government offices to submit and complete team members' benefits in SSS, Philhealth, and PAG IBIG.
Health and Safety
  • Proactively supports the company's health and safety agenda, monitoring compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Reports defects in the building, plant, or equipment according to hostel procedures and ensures awareness of safe working practices among team members.
  • Attends statutory fire and health and safety training, ensuring full conversance with and adherence to relevant rules and regulations.
