Employee Engagement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to lead the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance employee well-being, satisfaction, and productivity.
This is a full-time role with a Night Shift schedule and a Work in Office (WIO) set-up at our Cebu office. If you have the right skill set, this may be your opportunity to enter this fast-growing organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, prepare, and implement employee engagement and integration projects, including company-wide celebrations and social events.
- Design the onboarding program for new joiners and conduct induction sessions.
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees and act as a strong advisor for all HR-related queries.
- Monitor the pulse of the organization to quickly identify and troubleshoot problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure that employees have a great experience from onboarding to exit.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Psychology, HRDM, or any relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in employee engagement.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- A passion for innovative HR solutions and creating a positive work environment.
- The ability to lead projects, define goals, set milestones, and follow through on deliverables.
