About the role
Paperand Enterprise' is seeking a talented Administrative Clerk to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for key personnel
- Performing other general office duties as required to support the team
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
