The Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Services Support Specialist to help drive commercial growth and excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Virtual Service Sales Representatives, including registration of assets and updating sales data.
  • Complete pre-booking requirements upon receipt of purchase orders from VSSR's, ensuring seamless execution and approval processes.
  • Assist in customer billing and international credit claim creation for sales-related cases.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Schneider Electric's global field services business functions.
  • Familiarity with Non Secure Power Services offers and products.
  • Proficiency in Oracle CPQ for Services and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, keen to learn and develop, with good teamwork abilities.
  • Able to build effective working relationships with sales teams and internal/external supply networks.
