About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team at SS COMMERCIAL INC' in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in our company's growth by prospecting, engaging, and converting leads into loyal customers. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career development and advancement within our organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
  3. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to customers
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
  6. Provide feedback and insights to help improve our products, services, and sales processes
  7. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  8. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  9. Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service execution

What we're looking for

  1. MUST HAVE a motorcycle or car with a valid driver's license

  2. Proven track record of success in sales.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  7. Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
  8. Flexible with deployment and schedule, including attending client events or meeting as needed
  9. Can start immediately
